We partnered with Nickelodeon to transform their digital experience and business model for a digitally native generation of kids. The goal was to unify fragmented digital products into a single platform that worked across cable authentication and standalone subscriptions—creating an experience that delighted children while earning parents’ trust.Through research and iterative design, we built a living product that adapts as a child grows. Contextual onboarding made the experience usable for a 3-year-old without alienating an 11-year-old, while a new engagement algorithm personalized content over time—introducing familiar characters in moments of surprise and evolving the UI from simple interactions into more powerful experiences as cognition developed.
