We led the creation of over 100 unique UGC ads featuring custom generated AI actors, dramatically reducing both production costs and time-to-launch. Prior to this system, ads were driving clicks at over $25 CPC.With the new workflow, we’ve reduced cost-per-click to under $5, an improvement of more than 80%. Tools used included VEO 3, Veed, and After Effects.
